The report shows prices rose or remainee level compared to April salesw prices in all four counties in the metropolitan area between Apriland May. The numbere include all types of homes, from existingg single-family homes, condos and new homes. The pricee in Sacramento County bottomed out in Marcu atabout $160,000. There were price gains in Yolo goingfrom $242,000 to $276,00 and in El Dorado County, going from $313,000 to $325,000. The medianb prices in these counties remain between 12 and 22 percen lower than ayear ago.
