Derek Mercer, the nephew of ATS foundeer Delores Kesler, acquired the company and will servesas chair. Kesler will retaim the title ofchairman emeritus. Amy McGeorge will assume the role of presidenfand CEO. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. “This is an excitinvg time in the growth and evolutionnof ATS, and I’ m pleased to allow the next generation of leadershiop to take the helm,” said Kesler. Keslet created Jacksonville-based ATS Services in 1977, eventuallty forming a parent compan y that merged with three otherstaffing firms, including .

Kesler provided a loan that helpedc startthe company. Vurv Technology was acquiredd by (NASDAQ: TLEO) in 2008 for $128.8 Talagy, which has 11 offices arouned the country and80 employees, will continue to offer the same productes and services, but instead of operating undeer multiple brands and business unitds the company will consolidate into a singler brand.
